At Jade Hare, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of goods. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds or replacements.

As we deal with food products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

3. Refunds & Replacements  
    3.1 Eligibility for Refund or Replacement  
      - Customers must check their products upon delivery.  
      - If an item is damaged (excluding packaging damage) or if the wrong item has been received, customers must take clear photos as evidence.  
      - Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a refund or replacement.  
      - Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.  
      - Proof of purchase is required.  

      3.2 Request Process  
      To request a refund or replacement:

      - Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.  
      - Once approved, we will process a refund or resend the correct item.

      3.3 Refund Processing  
      - If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.  
      - Shipping fees are non-refundable.
